What is colour PPF?
Colour PPF is paint protection film that is tinted rather than clear. It changes the car’s colour like a wrap and protects the paint from chips like PPF, in a single layer.
Why choose colour PPF over a vinyl wrap?
A vinyl wrap changes the look but will not stop a rock chip. Colour PPF does both. It is the most expensive of the three options, which is why owners of higher value cars choose it most often.
Does colour PPF self-heal?
Yes, quality colour films carry the same self-healing topcoat as clear PPF, so light swirl marks disappear with warmth.
Is colour PPF removable?
Yes. Like clear PPF and vinyl, it is designed to come off, leaving the factory paint underneath.
What finishes are available in colour PPF?
Gloss and satin are both available across a range of colours. If you want the matte look specifically, stealth PPF is the satin option.
What warranty do you offer?
Our PPF work carries a 10 year warranty on installation and material. We do a 1 month inspection after installation and a yearly inspection after that.
Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
Our studio is at 13 E Moonachie Rd in Hackensack, New Jersey, and we work on cars from across New Jersey, New York City and Connecticut. Installation happens indoors in a climate-controlled bay, which matters because temperature and dust both affect how film lays down.
How do I get a price for my car?
