How to choose PPF, cheap film vs good film

Paint protection film all looks the same on the day it goes on. The difference shows up a few summers later, and again on the day it comes off. When you’re choosing PPF, five things separate a film that protects your paint for a decade from one that ends up costing you a respray: what it’s made of, whether it has a self-healing top coat, how thick it is, what happens when it’s removed, and who actually stands behind the warranty.
